Cold In-Place Recycling
Cold in-place recycling utilizes the existing pavement through pulverization and heatless repurposing (engineered emulsion or foam) which produces a rehabilitated, bituminous final base layer to be surfaced with microsurface, capeseal, oil and chip, or HMA.
